New Student Enrollment

If you are new to District 39, you will communicate with your child’s school regarding enrollment. You can use the school locator to confirm which school your child will attend.

Due to COVID-19, all enrollment activities will occur remotely. Please review the forms listed below. You will need to print, complete the forms, and either scan the forms and email to your child’s prospective school or send them via the postal service. District 39 will use scanned copies of residency paperwork to start the enrollment process, however, if there are any questions you will be asked to mail original documents or provide original documents prior to starting in-person. Questions should be directed to your child’s school. State law requires an original birth certificate once in-person instruction begins.
