Board of Education

Vacancy on the Board of Education

When a vacancy occurs through resignation, removal from the district, or death of the member, the remaining members of the Board of Education shall consider the qualifications of various citizens for this position and within 45 days shall appoint the person considered best qualified to this vacancy. He/She shall serve until the next regular election or as defined by law.
