Travel Quarantine Updates
Travel quarantine guidance from the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) has been updated. Please review the CCDPH travel guidanceas you plan for any essential travel over break. In order to return to school in-person on January 11, students must have returned home from travel no later than December 31 with quarantine initiated on January 1. The updated D39 health self-certification ticket will need to be completed to return to in-person schooling.
